Haven't used one yet but they appear to be good quality. Usage and time will tell. I have used similar female ends on extension cords and they had tight connection problem with the male plug over time and caused higher current draw and had to be replaced. These are not exactly the same so like I said only time and usage will prove whether they are a better receptacle. Quick delivery and reasonable price. Happy with purchase.

Wish I had not gotten these. Really my fault for ordering, figured they had to be kind of decent even to be offered. Had to use a few to get a project done, and opened all the cellophane wrappers, so did not try to return. Inexpensive. But very poorly designed, IMO, at least for NM cable. Way too *cramped* inside, body needs to be longer. Clamp does not clamp to wire bundle. Not UL listed!!! Neutral and hot blades are identical. Metal on the outside feels wrong.

Standard 3-prong plug. Installs easily; however, the cord grommet is made of hard (non-compressible) rubber so getting a grip on the cord is difficult unless the cord is fairly close in diameter to the grommet. Otherwise, feels like good quality materials, easy to work with.

I have a farm and use a lot of these plugs, always buy from local store but it cost more so I decided to look online and found these with a better price. Product as good as local store, I recommend.

While they serve the purpose they are truly cheap, cheap quality. My husband is an electrician and he stated that they are horrible. I guess you get what you pay for. Next time I will spend a little more and get better quality.
