Couldn't tell that this was a small shredder from the picture. I expected a unit wide enough to take an 8 1/2 in paper. NOT SO.... but it still does a good job. Paper must be folded in half lengthwise to feed into it. All the shredding pieces stay neatly in the bucket without any pieces flying around the room.

This was about the biggest disappointment of anything that I have ever ! It is so tiny that it will have to be emptied almost daily or more if you are shredding a lot. You have to fold a piece of printer paper in half length wise to be able to shred it. I have owned 2 other Fellowes are we reasonably happy with them but I don't think I will every buy another. Very dissatisfied customer.

Other than a tiny lip that catches the paper as I try to feed it in, the shredded works as well as the same model that lasted 10yrs

My previous shredder was the same brand and size. It was reliable for about 15 years. When it finally died I knew I wouldn't be able to find the same in just any store. I searched online and found this one. It's even better because it can shred credit cards and my old one couldn't.
