I have been looking for a proper terrarium for my bearded dragon for a while now, he's still young and small but I hate keeping him in a regular old aquarium (he was in a 30g long aquarium tank from day one). I must have looked at 30 different options, including custom built terrariums and building my own enclosure, which I was set on doing. I'm able, have the tools, and was convinced that it would be cheaper to build one than buy one...That was true until I found these silly-low Exo Terra prices from this seller! I narrowed it down to a terrarium with front doors that opened outwardly, had a bedding dam (for sand), and were long, wide, and low, as a bearded dragon doesn't need more than 12" height, they don't climb like a gecko or hang out in branches up high like a chameleon. The kits that you can buy from Petco and PetSmart, or just the "reptile tanks" are mostly just fish aquariums with a screen lid that has a feeding door, they aren't terrariums at all. The two brands that have a proper terrarium with front opening doors, a bedding dam, top screen that is heat resistant for lights, a lock on the doors, and a really awesome 3D-background that is so much better looking than a photograph taped to the back of the tank are National Geographic and Exo Terra (yes, Zoo Med and Zilla have them for chameleons and geckos, they are very narrow and very high). I have known for a while that ANY REPTILE PRODUCT made by National Geographic is horribly overpriced and out of my budget (I can't pay $19.99 for a 3" plastic plant or a 4" piece of driftwood). National Geographic's terrariums are no exception, in fact they are HUGELY overpriced and not nearly as nice or as well made as the terrariums made by Exo Terra. So that left Exo Terra, and after researching and reading reviews written by reptile owners (the reviews that matter ) I knew I was going to buy one of their "Large-Low" terrariums because I didn't want to be replacing my beardie's home when he got full size. Now to find the lowest price I could on the terrarium of my choice. I went to my local Petco to look at the terrarium I chose, which was this one, Exo Terra's 36x. They had one in stock, and after seeing it I agreed with the reviews I had read, it was the perfect size for my beardie, and it would last him his entire life. Unfortunately Petco's price for this tank was $179.99, which was retail from Exo Terra. No discount, no nothing. I figured that Christmas was only a couple of weeks away, and I would wait for a sale or search for a pre-owned one on EBay and Craigslist. I quickly gave up on finding a used one, people are trying to find these larger sized Exo Terra all over the country, in fact the only ads I found on Craigslist doing a 200 mile search were people either selling the small and medium ones or people trying to trade their small or medium one for one of the larger ones like I was looking for. Good luck! Then a miracle happened, Petco had a 6 day sale of $146.99! I was in! I couldn't find one in stock in a Petco anywhere near me because everyone else saw the soon-ending sale price...So I went online and realized that you ONLY get that price from Petco if you order it online and have it shipped, in the stores they are still $179.99! And they aren't really discounting them at all because in order to get it by Christmas you had to pay $25 for 2-day shipping...Crooks! Thank God I looked on eBay and finally saw this terrarium from this seller for $126! What? And they only live 2 hours away from me? I wanted to make a trip to Harrisburg anyway, so I bought the Exo Terra for this fantastic price, and then contacted this seller to see if I could pick it up the same day. He quickly answered "no problem" and sent me a text with his address. I drove right down to his house, pulled in his driveway (which is right off the highway, no back roads), and he had it ready to go! I took a look at it, it was perfect, and he loaded it in my truck for me. Easiest local pick-up I've ever had! I absolutely love this Exo Terra for my beardie, I set it up the night I bought it and this morning I woke up to feed him, and he's lounging in the back on a rock, loving the new room he has as well as the privacy he now has. I couldn't have made a better choice of terrarium or seller to buy it from. Their prices on ALL SIZES OF BRAND NEW EXO TERRAS are absolutely untouchable unless you are buying a used Exo Terra that's dirty, nasty, broken or cracked somewhere, you know what I mean about buying a used terrarium/aquarium. In fact, I saw people on Craigslist selling used Exo Terras for much more than this seller is selling brand new ones for! So do not hesitate, you won't find a better price or product!!! Hit them up!Read full review

The guy was so nice and you could tell he really cares about his work and the reptiles they provide homes for. He also took the terrarium out of the box checked everything make sure the glass wasn’t broken and that the locks on the cage all worked. Would highly recommend him to anyone and will definitely be buying more for our scaley babies from him.
