This is a wonderful printer. My third one. It was wrapped appropriately and shipped tight and secure. Clean - brand new .... if you treat Epson properly you'll have a nice printer for as long as it can perform. I like the sharp, crisp printing job it does. Remember, always use Epson genuine ink. If you use an offbrand print product it could ruin your printer. Don't do it. I use Epson 200 or 200XL. No substitutions. Always makes a wonderful product no matter what you are printing.

when it works its ok. my first one continually paper jammed. they have the typical trait when one ink cartridge is empty, the whole machine shuts down. good for selling ink. another thing most new printers have, software that makes sure u use that brand ink and will not let u use cheaper substitutes.

purchased to replace epson nx400, which isn't wifi. setup fairly quick, if you remember to use it as a usb printer first. blank cartridges and ink easily located; cost just a bit more than printer. this printer is a good size and prints quickly; noticeably faster than nx400. my wife likes being able to print from her smartphone. downside is print quality, particularly in color. sometimes it gets the color wrong, which usually doesn't matter. black & white is usually ok, except my coupon list from kroger (my store doesn't have wifi) only prints partially. so, i won't be posting the nx400 on ebay right away.

set up was a little confusing , but I'm to good at this kind of stuff, a little slower in printing but oh well it did work great , I purchased for the reviews online as this would cost less for the ink . Don't use it much as it is in my Florida home and I only winter down there

I made the mistake of purchasing ink from a company outside the US, and not directly from EPSON, so the print quality is poor at best. I have new ink coming, so we'll see what happens when that arrives. To bad they do not ship ink with printers, or at least this one, but oh well. At least it acts like it want to print, so we'll see soon.
