This workout is very functional. Lisa's narration as you work through the exercises is awesome. The ball adds just the right amount of resistance as you workout. Each workout is great on its own. For example, the first workout, which is 30 minutes in length works the entire body. The second program, which is 20 minutes, focuses more on the abdominals. My advice: Do both workouts! If you really enjoy Pilates, as I do, then this is one workout that I highly recommend that you add to your fitness program, immediately!
