Cord was too short. Bracket did not fit original frame. Was able to make it work, but required some ingenuity. Could have made my job much easier if the power cable was 2" longer. Also, motor is very noisy compared to my other bathroom exhaust fans.

Replacement for a 40 year old bathroom fan, did not have to replace the whole unit, worked perfect, very quiet.

I bought this replacement fan motor because the old one shook the whole house when it ran. I didn't want to make holes in the drywall and repaint. It fit in the old housing. It was not exact, but close enough, the housing accepts different replacement motors. This comes with it's own fan blade. I be installed upside down first , but it was easy to reverse. I wish I could have done it sooner. I will probably get another one for same house.

This fan motor fits perfectly. It replaces a 30 year old UPPCO fan motor, without having to replace the entire housing. The only drawback is it does not come with instructions. Just make sure that you align the notched motor shaft to the notched fan when its slipped over and onto the shaft. Also make sure the fan is pushed down far enough onto the shaft to engage and lock into the notch on the shaft. Hope this helped.
