For an in-excellent-shape 2003 Durango with one small rust spot.
I tried it, and it is the exact same color, but a I got a different texture from it than the car's actual paint. Luckily it was on the inner diver's door down near the bottom, after treating a small rusty spot with wire brush, appropriate primer, etc. I am assuming there is a trick to getting a better finished look, I just have not found it. I suppose I will ask around among my older-vehicle-appreciating friends how they use a paint like this to get a finished look. I am also thinking that since I used Rhino Liner as one of the base coats, there is no way I will get a factory-looking finish, but this is an area of the car that is most importantly kept rust free. Spray paint is tricky, no matter what you are doing.
