What I particularly love about this book is that it is so inspiring -- about admiration for nature and a sense of peace, and it also inspires looking into herbs and other plants for some solutions to health problems that arise. I believe in the value of Modern Medicine and I go to the doctor when I think something's wrong -- at the same time I'm glad there are other possibilities, some very gentle and at the same time helpful. The pictures are so refreshing, full color and beautifully taken photos and also line drawings. I like the sense it's all here in one place.
Has great color pictures to help you identify plants as well as ton of information about it, harvesting, processing and use of the plant. I highly recommend it.
