I purchased my second one. I will give the low downs. This head is made of plastic. It is not easy to keep from leaking but make sure the seals are in place and use teflon tape. The water flow is terrible but not Delta's fault. To improve the flow, remove the restrictor from the connection. See picture. After I removed the restrictor, the water flow greatly improved. The plastec hose is stiff and hard to straighten. Work with it and warm it with hot water and that will help. The hand unit must be snapped into place properly or it will come out and hit the floor. Work with it a few times and show it to your wife. She will hate it and you if it hits her on the foot. Overall it is a good value if you pay less than $50. I like the simple design, making it easy to put the shower head back in the cradle, even with your eyes closed. Our water pressure isn't good, but this head still puts out a good, broad, voluminous spray. I don't know what the other reviewer is talking about, when they complain about the construction of the shower head. The outside of mine is some kind of metal that matches the finish of my faucet and other fixtures. I'm sure it's pretty thin, but it's metal. The inside of the shower head is made from plastic and rubber, which makes cleaning the nozzles and face easy as pie. Does the other reviewer understand that a handheld shower head made exclusively from metal would probably be as heavy as a brick? I wouldn't shower with a handheld shower head that was heavy. I double checked at major home improvement retailers and I didn't find any shower heads made of metal, or even *mostly* made of metal and they are all really lightweight. Being a Delta and reading 'Venetian BRONZE' I figured it was metal - Nope! Plastic! It works okay, but just does not have the durable feel of a metal shower head. Other than that it is a great price

Works great. Just worry that the plastic knobs will soon break like the last one I had. You need to clean it often with CLR to prevent the levers from seizing up and breaking. When it works, it’s a thing of beauty.
