This thing is a great value @85 dollars. Lots of features and adjustments. Easy to change the ride and feel, plus the lockout feature is nice for reducing pedal bob on climbs and sprints. I swapped out another DNM shock, the ST-12RC coil-over w/ piggyback for this. I saved some weight and the lockout on this works better since with the coil over, the spring still bounces when the lockout is engaged. I'd recommend this to anyone wanting upgrade an older or lower quality shock on an entry level bike. I weigh 215lbs and ride fairly hard and it seems to hold up so far.

From the first days. It looses the air pressure in just few days. Requires constant pressure top-up. My opinion, not worthy its even low price.

When I received it and installed on my bike I though I received bad unit because it was not compressing when I rode my bike but after checking it I find out that shock does not have any air in it. I pumped some air based on my weight speciffications and now absolutely love it!!! Best air shock for the price! Good quality. Installation was easy.

Great deal for the quality and function of this shock. Itgoight it was gonna be a cheap air shock that probably wouldn't last after a few trails but it has. I ride trails with decent jumps and drops and it performs very well on all levels. Highly recommend for entry level riders and easy to moderate trails.

The bolts screws were to wide on this shock but with a nylon washer I was able to bridge the gap. The performance of the shock has been actually better than the original Cane Creek AD-8 that was on the bike. Quality appears just as good as well.
