Wouldn't read in my free time
I am not finnished this book yet, but we are just about done. I bought this book for my Criminal Procedure class, and I find it a bit confussing. I find I don't always agree with the arthur on certin aspects. For instance he said that denial is a defense for sexual assault. This is impossible because it would negative an element. He ment it in a different context.

The author explains ideas, difficult and unfimilar words so that it is easily understood. The text is alittle small and it makes reading for extended periods of time harded. Over all very information book.
