The only negative I have with this product is the cheapness of the Lasers. The lasers are adjusted by a pair of plastic knobs that are loose and practically falling out of the machine, making the adjustment very coarse, and the lasers easy to knock around. I don't use lasers on my drill presses, but I thought this was worth mentioning to those who would prefer to use them. It may be worth gluing or taping the knobs in place once the lasers are set center on the end of the drill bit to limit the amount of wobble they have.

Laser lacking it's purpose. Instructions are vague on how to adjust the cross hairs to dead center and when you turn on the work light you can't see them anyway. The work light is cool and the drill itself does what is expected hence the only reason I would recommend it.

This is a great drill press for any workshop situation. I've never owned one myself, so it was an experiment to find one that would fit my needs. Did a lot of research and found that this Craftsman model was highly rated. It serves my needs and would recommend it to any DIYer or project guy.

Great drill for the hobbyist. It isn’t gonna handle heavy duty jobs but is excellent for wood furniture and small metal work!!! Was worried it had a tapered press in chuck but it seems to stay put if you follow the assembly instructions.
