As a cookbook addict and having friends who are also, I had been following the printing of this cookbook. So as soon as it came out, I searched for the best price and found it online here. I bought 4, one for myself and the other three as Christmas gifts. I haven't had time to use mine yet, but 2 of my friends did and were ecstatic. One had indicated she was waiting for it to come out and for her husband to give her a bookstore gift certificate for Christmas so she could buy it. She was so happy to have received it as a gift instead. Of course the recipes are wonderful. Hope a sequel is printed in the future.
I bought the paperback version of this cookbook and was not disappointed. The recipies contained within this gem are some of my favorites. My mom used to make Floating Island which was a favorite of mine as a child. This cookbook contains the recipe for this delicious soft custard. Great addition to my collection!

One of the best cookbooks I have, and have given several away as presents. This one bought for my 23 yr old son who wants to eat well now that he is on his own. Haven't had anything from the cookbook that has not been fabulous. You are sure to get many compliments when you show up somewhere with Crawfish Bread!
