The install CD was a dual-formatted Windows and Mac CD that my Mac wouldn't read. I also couldn't read it on a Windows machine using two different Windows programs who claim is to read Mac CDs. Fortunately this Canon was an identical replacement and I was able to muck around and get it to ignore the need to setup and calibrate. I could not find the install package on the CD anywhere on the Internet. Canon does a terrible job of keeping drivers and other material available in perpetuity. My advice: If you are a Mac user, don't buy this printer. I was lucky but you may not be.
