Axle cap is reverse threaded, bolt is standard threaded.Fits vintage Lefty hubs, Lefty SL hubs, and Lefty 50 hubs including Lefty Oliver. Will not correctly fit SuperMax, Lefty 2.0, Lefty 60, or Lefty Olaf hubs.Cap fits using standard cassette tool. Bolt takes 5mm hex wrench.Kit includes one alloy cap, one alloy bolt, and one inner bearing seal.

Perfect replacement for Lefty 50.
Axle bolt is aluminum. Cap locks with a standard 12 spline shimano freehub locking tool like the park tool FR-5, instead of the stupid 4 hole cannondale thing on the previous design that was impossible to not get all scratched up when using a spanner. Comes with the rear bearing dust cover, which is of dubious utility but is a nice to have (considering its override impossible to find).

Good Lefty part.
This is the newer version of the Lefty hub cap, axle bolt and a protective plastic washer for inner bearing. This uses a cassette tool to install and remove, not the four pin tool from Cannondale.
