I needed this book for my Business Correspondence college course. I liked that the book was in great shape with little to no markings inside. I was even able to use the code in the front of the book for more access.I have no complaints about this product whatsoever. If I was ever in need of this book I would purchase it again but it won't be necessary for the time being because I plan on keeping it and using it for a reference.
I love the textbook. I need it for my business writing class. There're many tips on how to write better, how to spot mistakes, etc. etc. There are also many exercises on writing letters, memos, emails, reports, and resumes. There are also sentence revisions, grammar exercises, tips on business behaviors, professional attires, and business ethics. Great textbook. Recommend it to anyone!
I like the book I purchased because it is a used book and there are notes written and highlighted in the pages that aren't hard to read, but really useful. The pages were in great shape and surprisingly all pages were present in the text.
An overall great product. It was required for a class but I still use it today becuase of it's convenient outlines fo different formats for letters and memos.
This book is very informative and helpful. It is also easy to read and understand. One of the best textbooks i have purchased!
