This labeler is probably 20-30 years old. It still works the way it is supposed to. It is easy to use, and intuitive. This is important because it came without any directions, and I still made good use of it. I wish I could say the same about the last 3 new and improved Brother labelers that I bought during the last 2 st years. Brother use to be a great company. Neither their printeres nor their labeler are as good as what they were making 20 years ago.
