so for $25 at wal mart i receive the billy blanks punching bag, and two work out videos to compliment the punching bag included .... this is GREAT!!! and it reflects billy blanks reputable quality!!! i LOVE how i feel better about self defense with using these movies!!! but im also getting a GREAT workout!!!!
great workout as usual, it is great to have alot of billy blanks to vary day to day. this is a good combination of exercises for total body transformation. i've been doing taebo for almost 3 weeks already. not only do you lose weight but the dvds never get old if you vary them. And you still come out with a hard workout.
I didn't like that you needed a boxing blow-up bag for the work-out. There is no picture indicating on the cover. However, I was still able to work-out. I did the same instruction on an imaginary bag. What I liked was the end result. I woke-up the next morning and I was sore. I felt like I had a good upper body workout.
I love this work-out video..Great price...I do not always have the free time to go to the gym work -out classes, So this was a great way for me to work-out on my own time and pace..
