Heated grips work well, You will want to think about wiring how to install it so it looks stock. I purchased the appropriate connectors for my motorcycle and my handlebar switch has accessory outputs so that makes easier to wire in. I ride in cold weather and if you have cold air blowing on your hands the grip warmer won't be able to warm up your whole hand. My fingers were ok but my thumb was very cold, I use hand guards on my bike and it's not enough. Maybe a handlebar mitt would do the trick, I have somes and did not try it. If I get a chance I will try mitts and will up date. Right now it's snowing so I am not taking a chances.

It heats up nice. Controls are clean and it is relatively easy to put on. I had no problem putting the grips on and did not need tools to bang them in place. Just a very clean surface and a little bit of water lubricant and a few elbow grease. Please check first videos and stuff because there is NO instructions included wathsoever. Also, BIKEMASTER: please include a connector for the red wire. You can include something like a posi-tab and it would add value to your product. And about the glue: don´t be too cheap including that dollar tree super glue. You can include gel super glue. I got glue all over my hands because I would not even think you guys were so cheap including that stuff.

Extremely well made heated grips they could get hotter though. They are thick and very durable. This doesn't try to replace your throttle tube but rather goes around your OEM. The cable connections are very well made coming out of the grip. Install takes a little while to do well.

i have installed probably 20 sets of these grips to date and for the price they can't be beat. the controller is accurate and reliable, the quality and fit and comfort of the grips is outstanding for those with average size hands, and the heat is wonderful. highly recommended from a buyer who owns a cycle dealership and actually wrenches on bikes most everyday.

They work great! The hardest thing was finding a good place to mount the controller. I have a Honda Silver Wing 600 scooter with "expensive" covers around the handlebars. I only had to drill 2 small holes in the right side, and it worked out great!
