Phenomenal product! By far one of the best pre-workouts I have tried to date. Pros include greatly improved focus, energy & performance. Cons- one full scoop (recommended dose) was too much, made face tingle & heart rate was too elevated (190's), so be cautious. Even though I listed this as a con, I see this as a pro, because I'm using less product, allowing it to last longer! Since realizing 1 scoop is too much, I have been using 1/2 scoop & I am more than happy with results.

Tried this on a whim because I like working out but I also like gummy worms, and it wasn’t expensive. It mixes with water or whatever and turns candy green, TASTES like actual gummy worm. Beside being impressed with the taste, within 15 minutes or so I started getting an insatiable itch from my face down, so I know it worked like it was supposed to. Will be buying another flavor when I run out.
