This Hot Tub Spa is a blessing in disguise. Since we had it we have used it at least once a day. My husband and I both have back issues and due to working have been sore and achy. Using this spa has allowed us both to sleep with much more ease. Set up is extremely easy. upkeep is minimal. filters last us about 3 weeks. It was amazing when we set it up how durable and strong the sides are we both can sit on the side without it showing any sagging. We enjoy our Spa immensely.

Overall great product..... for about five days, until 222 gallons of water started to leak all over my floor. Had to hurry up and start a siphon in a 100' hose and luckily have a huge hill behind my house to rapidly drain the pool. They offered an exchange but 1, as the product is so nice and I did not want to wait for the replacement to come, and 2, it would have the same flaw, it made no sense and I did not. Instead a trip to the local home improvement center for some piping fixed the problem because they were stupid and did not use a little common sense. You see, the waterline is well above the level of the inlet pipe that blows air into the spa for bubbles, and hence, when you shut it off, the water naturally backflows right into the blower assembly in the pump, except that right inside, some moron thought that they were cool and designed a one way valve, made out of plastic, and mine was severely warped when I checked, 104 degree heat anyone? and failed miserably in less than a week. So I cut that plastic pipe, , installed two rubber/hose clamp connections, to two 1-1/2" sch. 40 pvc pipes, than ran 90 degrees straight vertical for about 30" with the tops connected next to each other by a 180 degree connector. So simple logic here, when the blower is not on, water rises in the pipe to the height of the water which is nowhere near the height of the top 180 peak inside my pipes, and therefore cannot flow up farther, over, down and into the pump assembly. When you turn on the blower, the air purges the pipe and you have bubbles......I'm not that smart, I guess just a little more than some. Other than that, great product! Read full review

I have had this model up and running for over a year. This one is indoors inside the man cave. I adjust the chemicals once a week, back flush the heater pump every 3 months and change out the water every 6 months. It resides on a Styrofoam base that I cut out to match outer liner dimensions to help with heat loss since the floor is concrete. It has been durable and performed beyond my expectations. Nothing like soaking in the hot tub and watching a movie. My opinion is 5 stars. You'll love this product.

Received the spa and wax all excited to set it up. After and hour it was up and running. Instructions weren’t that good but it was fairly easy to put it up. After I filled the hot tub I noticed a small leak in one of the pipes between the motor and the spa. The more I tighten the pipe the worst the leak got. Spent over an hour trying to fix it to no avail. Another issue is keeping the water at a constant temperature. You need to have the motor and heat on all the time to keep the temperature at 102 and it’s very hard to reach 104. The cover also leaks. Not a very good product, dong waste your money.

Purchased this spa after asking several friends who also have inflatable hot tubs. This brand was not our first choice but all that was available/affordable at this time (Covid19). The pump leaks, and we have tried several times to repair it. It’s a drip so we are just watching the water level closely. So far, we are enjoying the spa.
