These eyeliners may be a bit old. My wife says she must press painfully hard on her lower eyelid to get any color on her lid at all. She even tried putting a drop of distilled water on the tip, hoping that wetting the tip would make the color work better. Alas, it did no good. She tried another of them, and had the same issue with it.
