I received my item in a timely manner. It was exactly as advertised. I like the pink color! I was happy to receive the information from UWater regarding the maintenance and proper care of it. Since it was refurbished I appreciate this advice. The FAQ and trouble shooting information was valuable. The only complaint was the quality of sound was not up to par with my old item. It could be the earphones so I bought a different pair and will re-evaluate. Other than that I’m a satisfied customer.
