    Super easy to setup.

I couldn't be happier with this unit. The touch screen made setup a piece of cake, it's range is excellent, and if that weren't enough, it looks great. I have the clock feature turned on and you'd never know it was a wi-fi extender. A true five star piece of technology.

Not worth the money. More problems than originally without.

It looks all high tech, but I was having signal issues. I put it right in the middle of the 50 feet I am between the here and the router. So 25 feet from me. I get good reception without, but sometimes drops signal. So I got this hoping to fix that, but this thing drops signals all the time, and goes offline, its not reliable or really of any help. Sorry, but didnt help me at all. This is sitting on a shelf collecting dust

  • App Wireless Wi-Fi extender

I've had a few range extenders this is my second one of this model my first one fell and broke and it worked great so I bought another one. It's a very smart range extender and fully programmable with a touch screen.

  • It Does Work To Extend WiFi Range

It took a while to find the appropriate place to put the extender, but once you can get that optimized, it works very well. The actual range from the extender isn't as far from the unit as the brochure and instructions indicate, but works for my application. If I get more than about 25 feet from it, the signal drops significantly in the 5 GHz setting, but the 2.4 GHz setting almost doubles that distance. Good product for the discounted price.

  • Great price for all the features and easy to work with.

High Power Touch Screen AC750 Wi-Fi Range Extender TAP-EX2 works great and very easy set up. The Customer support from Amped Wireless is top notch also. If you have dead spots in your house or yard this Range Extender is the way to go, very reasonable price and does what it is suppose to and more. The extra options it has are outstanding.

  • Best Extender I've Ever Tried

I've tried many range extenders from Linksys to Netgear and Belkin as well as one from Amped Wireless. Since I've installed a few of these for myself and for friends that's I've recommended to I consider myself knowledgeable about how these work. This one was purchased as a gift for my dad since his house was also suffering for dead spots outside and in his living room. The reason I chose this one is because of the ones I've tried in the past Amped has by far the longest range. This one adds the touch screen and features more power so I thought I'd give it a shot. First, installation out of the box was easier than any extender I've tried. I didn't need to connect a computer to it and it was done in less than 2 minutes. The final countdown was a bit slow but that's the case with all extenders. The setup with the touch screen was so simple that I showed my dad how to use it as well as all the features on the menu and he got it. This saves me a headache in the future for having to come back and troubleshoot if there are any problems. Second, the range and performance are as expected. Very very good. Again vs the other extenders I've tried this has the longest range. Speed wise it was hard to tell since my dad's ISP is not the fastest, to begin with, but it did the job getting the wifi and streaming over to the rooms that we're having trouble with it previously. Last, the touchscreen menu also lets you update the software via the web which was a plus since I haven't seen that on any others. Cons: the unit is a little more expensive but you do get what you pay for. I'm sure the touchscreen is not cheap to add but it really makes this product worth the money. Will be recommending this one to friends moving forward.

  • It’s touch screen sucks

Once you get past the really cheap touch screen that is a royal pain to set up it works good. If your looking for a cheap and does the job it works. If your not patient ,do not buy this! You will go crazy trying to make the screen work the way you want.

  • Lives up to it's "High Power" name

This extender was very easy to set up, if you can read you can do it. I have had it set up and running for about 2 weeks and so far it has been stable. It replaced an older range extender and it has much higher signal strength with my devices at the far end of the house. Speed test show I am getting about 80% higher speeds than my old extender.

  • Works great, best used with better antenna.

I am getting a newer version of this replacing a EX that finally quit after 7 years in my RV. Using an outside antenna it had great range, and the repeated coverage area was much better than my Netgear hotspot has. I use it to pick up distant or weak wi-fi in RV parks, or if boondocking repeat the WiFi from the Nrtgear cellular hotspot that has an outdoor yagi long range antenna. I can pick up cell signals from a couple miles away and repeat the wifi connection to a large area around the RV (several hundred feet away)

  • AC 750

The only issue was setting the clock, much more simple user friendly. Works great..very strong signal throughout my property including my out buildings.
