I'm pleased with this case book. It does not hide the ball, but rather actually attempts to teach you the material in a straightforward, well organized manner. It does a good job distilling the concepts and presenting them, and then using the cases as *illustrations* of the concepts it has taught. It thus uses the cases as an effective pedagogical tool for learning. It does not do what some annoying casebooks do, which is to hide the ball and leave you to attempt to glean the concepts from cases which sometimes contradict one another. It's a good book.
