Activation was not smooth at all. Once it was activated the tracking software or program used was totally worthless. It was next to impossible to log onto am crest . Several tries were necessary to get through to the tracking program. When I was able to get to the first screen, that was as far as I could access. Contacting "support staff" consisted of numerous emails with promises of help that never materialized. After a week of continuous attempts to 1. get logged in 2. attempting to access tracking information 3. contacting support via email unsuccessfully iI ended up with a useless tracker and a whole lot of frustration. AVOID AMCREST !!!!!! I'm going back to Spytec
