There's a reason why custom builders and some offerings from the Fender Custom Shop have these installed on guitars: it's a major fix for the simple and fragile design of the original Leo Fender telecaster input jack cup. The traditional stock version isn't held in place by much and often come loose, and also allow the input jack itself to become untightened. This version fixes all those problems. The retainer screws hold it tightly in place, never to move again, and the Jack Cup itself acts as the threading for the input jack removing a washer and nut from the equation. All in all a great part and a must for anyone who used telecasters on the regular.

The electro socket is fun and easy to install. I love the retro style of the 60's. Buy one and you will be hooked like I am. Lol that's all folks. ..
