This book is a great book for learning about differential equations. There are plenty of examples, and there is much explanation. The only gripe I have, is that it is not very didactic in its approach at presenting the material. The book is written in such a way that the author assumes you know the material already. If you are reading a book for the first time, it's obvious you don't know it yet. I wish I would have been assigned another book for my Applied Engineering Analysis class, but this will have to do. For the most part, it's a good book.
Using this for a review math class as an introductory graduate course. Seems to recap everything quite well!

Greenberg's text is a nice overview of the ridiculously many mathematical methods used to solve engineering problems. This particular edition is fantastic. It has the same content as the US version, but at a quarter or a third of the hardcover price. Great item.

Excellent book on the basics for Engineering MAthematics especially for Mechanical Engineers. HAs a lot of exercise work and self explanatory examples. You'll surely love to work with this book for basically some of your computation need and alogorithms.
