The MB looked brand new, no dust or dings on the board. I needed this MB to resurrect my old Acer to run some Windows programs that do not have a Linux equivalent. The MB worked out of the box, did a fresh install of Win7 then updated to Win10. Works well except this level bios and Win10 don't like the touchpad, but that isn't a deal breaker for me and I didn't want to spend the extra $30 at Phoenix for the updated bios.

This motherboard will support 4 Gb of memory which is what I wanted. I also was able to upgrade the processor from 1.73 Gh to 2.33 Gh. which is a g great improvement. over the factory system. This particular board sometimes displays a flicker in the browser window when on-line.I'm not certain as to the cause of it.
