Having needed the book for ACLS renewal and knowing that ACLS had changed in two years. Having the visual aid of the CD is a plus. I work in a small community hospital setting where easy reference is nice to have. The pocket cards can be used all the time when working and certainly help keep you sharp when making decisions.
This ACLS Provider Manual prepared me well for the ACLS exam. It was great at explaination and rather easy to understand. I did have to go to U-tube and listen to their tutorial on interpreting ECG, and they explained how to count the boxes. I was able to pass my test the first time and I know I could not have done it without the Provider Manual. The bast part about it was the CD that gave practice test to make you think and interact with the material. THANK YOU for a great job. Barbara
The Manual was concise and straight to the point. Summarizing the algorithms on a flashcard was a brilliant idea. They're portable, easy to use, and you can consult them at any time. The DVD study kit was particularly helpful for reviewing basic principles and for practice.
I am not satisfied because the accompany CD for additional supplemental information is not included in the book.

I had enrolled in ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) class. The material had to be published by American Heart Association only. The hospital would have supplied the materials necessary, however I wanted my own and I wanted to get a head start on studying. After reviewing the seller's rating etc. I decided to order. The material was exactly as described and what I needed. I would definitely order from this seller again and recommend him/her to others
