More than just recipes
I am a terrible cook, but I enjoy both medieval history and reading recipes. This book has the history of feasts and customs of the time but more than that - the writers are funny. This can be read like a book that just happens to have recipes included. I loved it and recommended it to my friends ( who all can cook). I recommend it to anyone that enjoys history, food or a good witty read.
