Rated for depths up to 150 ft, it is corrected for optimal sharpness when shooting in clear salt or fresh waters. Designed for capturing marine life that are hard to approach, such as dangerous sharks or skittish little fish, this wide-angle Nikon camera lens has larger image magnification capabilities for taking extreme close-up shots. The 20 mm f/2.8 lens construction is nine elements in seven grades, including water-shielding flat glass. The Nikon UW-Nikkor IC offers a 78-degree wide-view picture angle, allowing for dramatic underwater shots in either autofocus or manual focus modes. This Nikon camera lens measures 2.7 inches in diameter and 2.9 inches in length. Lightweight for underwater photography, the 20 mm F/2.8 lens weighs in at 12 oz.
