I really enjoy this lens. I was looking for something to give me a very wide angle and this lens does the job. It is versatile in the sense that if positioned correctly keeping the horizon centered in the lens you can minimize the fish eye effect if you are doing landscape shots. This is what I do. Of course you can position it again to get the maximum fish eye effect for those unique shots as well. This lens is a great value and the perfect size. It fits perfectly on my Nikon D70 digital camera and functions fully.
The zoom of the lens came unglued in 8 months and the internal parts of the lens show. The manufacturer won't cover the defective lens. I am regretting purchasing this item.

I can use it on my 1d and my 20D. Awesome. Sharp and fun! Very wide. The only fisheye for Canon digitals that gives you a full 180 degree perspective ( 12mm on 1D).
