It was a good book and for the price it was pretty nice but I was very disappointed to see all the missing pages. I knew it was an used book but the seller did promise an intact copy as part of the description. It worked well as a study guide but it didn't have the lab competencies which are also important. Still it was good for review questions so that made it okay
Better than 7th edition! 7th edition has missing information on some material.
For example in chapter of hearing in testing conversational speech missing 1st paragraph and students confused what this is about. With my 6th edition I have done my analysis and answers more fully and clear. I highly recommend 6th education compare to 7th for nursing students info and money wise!
I received the lab manual and it is highly used. Writings or answers in the book is ok but there are many pages that were taken out. Many as in 1/3 of the book probably. It would have been nice if there was a note or a comment that this book was in this condition.
