Being a newbie plant based eater, I was looking for a "manual" on plant based eating that was easy to understand. This book is great and is full of information that newbies can understand about plant based eating. I think getting good nutrition is key to sticking to eating this way and this book explains it well in an easy to understand way. I was worried that we might miss out on nutrients but this book has helped me tremendously in planning healthy plant based meals for my family. I highly recommend it.
