The title tells the story
As a retired Nationally Certified K9 trainer I was impressed by the content. The author speaks about learning from the horses he’s been exposed to. I feel strongly about that and learned from the dogs I was trained. Also his techniques brought him to Buckingham Palace and working with the Queens horses. I highly recommend this book for people who are interested in non violent training. Spend more time responding to positive behavior then the negative and see the results. This autobiography by Monty Roberts is a fascinating (and sometimes heart-breaking) look into the life a man who devoted all his skill and energy to making a better life for horses, and the people who own them. What a feeling of admiration for this amazing human being. Loved the connection with Queen Elizabeth II, wow that experiences came from that.
