    Very nice amplifier indeed.

    It is a very nice amplifier, i down graded from a JL Audio HD750/1 and JL Audio HD600/4 to thoa JL Audio XD700/5 Amplifier. The amp does work great, i have it powering two sets of C5 components by JL Audio in the front doors is a 3 ways component set up and in the rear doors is a 2 way component set up and a 10w3v3 2 ohm in an Infinit Baffle set up which is why i got this amp. I simply wanted to have good bass with out havin a subwoofer box in the trunk taking up alot of space. It works pretty well with this set up having the subwoofer mounted on my rear deck with the trunk as its enclosure. I did take my chances and bought it used. The only reason i give it 4 stars is because the light on the amp flickers making it look like the amp is malfunctioning, the seller failed to mention this to me but over all i am just glad it works. Keep in mind that thia little amp sound very good onnthe 4 channels but does lack power on thw sub channel. But again i downgraded from the hd750/1 amp powering a 12w7AE in a ported box. For sure it sounds better then stock and i would recommemd this amp.

    JL XD700/5v2 Amp

    This amp has a small footprint and a lot of power. JL has always quality products with a lot of bang for your buck. The warranty coverage is excellent as well. This amp was more than enough to power my 4 door speakers and a 10" sub in a sealed box. The sound it produces is crisp and clean. The ability to tune to my distinct preferences is the reason I stick with JL when it comes to speakers and amps. Using a good quality wiring kit and making good solid connections to power, ground and remote is the key to eliminating noise and whine. This is the 7th JL amp I've bought in the past 5 years.

    Great 5 Channel Solution

    I highly recommend this amplifier. It puts out a lot of power, runs nice and cool and powers up an entire system in a large SUV. I changed out the entire system (added and amp and speakers.). The amp had the biggest impact on the improvement as I added the amp first, tested things out and then added the new speakers.
