Probably one of the best I've used yet!
I've owned 3 different Bissell carpet cleaners but this Hoover goes above and beyond the performance of any of the Bissell shampooer's I've owned yet.. hands down.. easy to assemble, easy to operate, easier to clean after use and sucks up pretty near all of the liquid it puts on the rugs.. that was a big issue I had with every Bissell I've owned- the clean water would be gone but the dirty tank barely had any in it... so? So the water was obviously still in the rug even after multiple (10 or so) dry passes over the same spot. Not the case with this Hoover! I am amazed because it sucked up as much as it put down pert near. I definitely like the dual tank -vs- the bladder system on my bissell's... Hoover Max Extract 77 Multi-Surface Pro Deep Carpet & Hard Floor Cleaner,FH50240
WOW! I used it for my drawing room carpet which is almost 10 years old and has lot of stains. Original color was light cream but it looks almost black. I used Hover Max Extract 77 with hoover 2x carpet detergents and it looks new now. It took about 4 hrs for 100 sqft area but it was worth-ed at the end compare to the price quote I was getting from carpet cleaning companies. we have had your product before and loved it. this one however, not so much. the green strip on the front did not fit when we received this. another was sent that was exactly the same. my husband screwed this one on. the machine also seems to have the brushes not low enough to scrub off dirt spots. we have to use a brush to clean the grout and really dirty spots. our old machine never had any problems. my family kept borrowing the cleaner. hoover carpet washer
fantastic machine. my wife and i got a puppy a few weeks ago and like all puppies, he seems to find where the paper "ain't!" we tried one of the machines from BBB, not a hoover which was just not worth anything. i broke this machine out of the box this morning and went to work; within the first minute of operation, I could tell that the carpets were significantly cleaner and the room had that "fresh carpet" smell I would recommend this machine to anyone who asks me about it - i'd have paid much more money for this machine...it's that good and the money it saved me because i don't have to replace the carpet, was the icing on the cake.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
