High Quality Sewing with Room For Quilting
My wife has been sewing for quite a while and had gotten into more quilting, blankets and just about any other craft project you could think of. It was time to upgrade and a neighbor had this model for at least 5 years with nothing but good experiences in her work. We bought this from a seller in eBay and have been very impressed with the machine. The stitching was night and day different of her old Viking Husqvarna and the many options that it offers have all been great. Threading the machine was probably the first one that we really noticed, but the control panel and level of adjustments was a bigger bonus than I thought. Love my "new" Viking
This is a wonderful well built machine! I love it!! It has all of the bells & whistles" I was looking for. It was easy to just sit down and with a little bit of help from the manual, start sewing. Love all of the stitches it offers and my favorite is the AUTOMATIC TENTIONER! It doesn't complain when sewing ANY kind of fabric. The seller was very nice and cooperative and the price was perfect! Great machine for a special use!
I am using this machine on a long arm quilting frame at the moment. It was in my price range with a decent throat distance (9 3/4"). It is a fun machine to use. I can only use it on the lowest speed to quilt which is to be expected since it was not necessarily made for this purpose. So far so good!
