This one definitely does the job - best speaker phone I have ever used, and the regular handset works great too. Very easy to set up "extension" phones without running any wires. Solid business phone product
This is the second RCA phone set I am using at the restaurant. I am on my fourth set and second RCA. I do not know about longevity on any business phone set but this RCA works well in general.
