Great little scope for the price
I bought one of these used, but it was in great shape. Everything works and it was very clean. For the price this does just about everything I could desire. Two very minor quirks: 1. The buttons across the top are a little flaky. Sometimes I need to press a couple of times to get them to take. 2. There is only one set of vertical controls for both CH1 and CH2. So you need to push a button to select the channel, then turn the knob. Not a big deal at all, but might take a little getting used to. In sum, a perfect scope for someone who may deal with fancier scopes at work all day, but just wants something inexpensive - though of quality - to fool around with at home now and then.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

DS1102E First review (Impression)
Scope works very well but has a few short comings once you understand what is real and not real. Sample rate and the amount of time it takes to get the information on the screen does contribute to display error. The lack of additional functional knobs creates an even longer list of sub menus. Over all very,very glad that I purchased this scope. One last complaint. Wrong power cord was shipped to North America.
