Good value
This vacuum meets my needs - it has powerful suction and is great at cleaning up pet hair. I wanted a bagged vacuum because I hate handling (and accidentally spilling) the mess that I just cleaned up. It is very affordable and efficient. My only complaints are that I would prefer a retractable cord, and the hose does not stretch very far off the ground to use the attachments. Too soon to be too negative..
Very easy to put together, and great helpful stick ons to give instructions where needed. Now, as far as the real deal, it just does not seem to run as easily and pick up as well as my other 3 year old wind tunnel. The other feels solid and reliable, works great on carpet and hard floors, this doesnt seem to perform as well as older one, so far that is. Maybe I just need to get used to the high hopes I have for it. So for now, we will be optimistic that it will be as good as most find it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

YES! for pet fur.
Great vacuum, great price. Picks up fur from hardwood, ceramic tile, carpet and upholstery with ease. I took off one star for 2 complaints: It has a fan that exhausts right out the side which tends to whip the adjacent fur and dust all around, kind of counter-productive. Also, the attachments are incredible but there really isn't one that is appropriate for my leather upholstery. Very good vacuum
This vacuum has powerful suction and does a very good job with pet hair on carpet. The attachments don't do as well; they either fall off or just don't get all the hair and you have to go over and over the furniture, car seats, etc. The vacuum bag filled up quickly, but then, I have 3 dogs. Does a great job and changing the bag is a snap.
Tried a couple of pet vacuum bagless units and it is a lot harder to empty and clean the units. Went back to a bag unit for ease of cleaning and use. It only takes a few seconds to change bag and not having to wash out the filter and clean out the unit. This Vacuum Really SUCKS!
It picks up pet hair, human hair, hair of the dog that bit you........ A bit plasticky but it works well. It is an ordor free bagged vacumm, the best for dog hair. Previous vacuums that we have used, sometimes emited an ordor from the bag but this one is smell free. While I don't think it is sturdy enough to use industrially, it is fine for around the house. The longer hose is a plus. If you are thinking of getting this for your home, I highly recommend it. I usually buy a vacuum (or most products) after reviewing on consumer reports. this model was a "best buy" at approximately $150.00 . for $80.00 delivered and tax free this vacuum is not only a bargain but the vacuum works flawlessly. Great vacuum!
I’ve only had the vacuum a couple of weeks, but so far I’m very impressed! The suction is superior to any vacuum I’ve ever owned. The hose for the hand tools is really long, which is great, but because the vacuum is light weight, it gets pulled along when you extend it. Not that big of a deal though. The handle goes low enough to vacuum under tables and chairs. It’s great that you can turn the brush off for vacuuming hard surfaces. Fantastic vacuum!!
I switched from a bagless vacuum to this vacuum, and I absolutely love it!!! A bagged vacuum MUCH better choice. 1) Far more suction power! 2) Also, it's way easier and avoids the mess when emptying the vacuum. 3) Very easy to detatch the hose from the sweeper and vacuum with the hose. Great Vacuum
Works really well on my 2 cats' hair as well as dust in large wool area rugs. Picked up more than all others I have used before now. Has varied carpet & bare floor heights which is good. Very good suction so far. Have not tried the release mechanism yet as I have only used this Hoover twice so far. Decent additional tools. Good pricing if it stays working--I have a problem w/vacuums losing suction after short time, so we'll see. Been through 3 in the past 2 1/2 year's including Dyson. Was told by professional dealer that I needed to get a good vacuum w/ micro bags as the bag less ones' motors get gummed up? Take that w/a grain of salt.
