Why replace expensive ball joints simply to replace a dust boot? I recently did maintenance on my truck and tore the boots. The tie rods weren't contaminated with dirt or water, and simply needed new boots. The pair of these were less than the cost of a single tie rod end! They fit very well, and seem to be better made than the original ones, so I expect them to last a long time.
Purchased them to replace the boots on a 1995 ford F250 4x4. Although they fit I found the Energy Suspension 5G boots seemed to work better for my application.
