Victor Reinz 40-76792-00 027 997 38 48 Engine Oil Pump Pickup Tube O-Ring
After much research, this o ring from Victor Reinz is highly recommended by auto enthusiasts. Of course, one cannot possibly know until it's been inside the engine for a number of years but I will be replacing the oil pickup pipe o ring in my 2005 E55 AMG. There is a possible problem with hardening of the o ring in older engines making it brittle and prone to cracking causing a loss of oil pressure.
