Great sound but VERY frusterating to use
I love the overall size and "sound" performance of this device. It is easy to load with MP3s and plays well. BUT that is the end of my love for it. The touch controls are a total farce and absolutely horrible to operate. Some functions you are supposed to swipe and some functions you are to just push the touchpad. Either way, is seldom responds and is horrible to control. If this product got rid of the stupid non-responsive touch screen and went to simple buttons it would be an outstanding player. But as it was designed, it is virtually worthless. I am very disappointed with this and surprised that Sandisk would produce such a poorly functioning product.
