exactly what i needed. thought it was just motor but included new rail and chain that i will keep in reserve. cost the same as last replacement that was just motor. also included outside wireless key pad i had to buy extra last time. wifi app nice perk. very satisfied

Factory shipped.....better inspection prior to shipping.
It works but I had to scrounge around my garage for some screws that were missing from the package. The screws that were missing were supposed to be in the bag that held the chain guide on the sprocket on the motor unit. The chain cover over the sprocket was missing also. Unit still functions but the chain cover was designed for a reason and would have been nice to have it on unit.

Woirks good was a little hard to program but fixed it by aiming the safety eyes at each other
I got this to replace my old opener. I only needed the head part and controllers- After it all I think the only thing wrong with my old one was the safety eyes quit working-. Got the new one up and running love it!
