Micro 3.0 Pro 3000 Set The SeaLife Micro 3.0 Camera is the latest and third generation of the popular permanently-sealed Micro camera series. The camera is leak-proof with no O-rings to lube or maintain, so there is never a worry about flooding the camera. Like its forerunners, the Micro 3.0 features an ergonomic, compact design with easy-to-use controls and menus. The Micro 3.0 camera offers impressive still images with its large SONY® 16MP CMOS sensor, and vibrant 4K Ultra HD video. You can even shoot 8MP stills while you’re recording video. Since it’s permanently sealed, the Micro 3.0 has a large 3-plus hour battery good for a full day of diving and built in 64gb of memory to store thousands of photos and hours of video.
Just what the doctor ordered for great images...stills and videos.
This is a top quality product, delivering top quality images, both video and stills.
I've been shooting underwater photos for 55 of my 56 years diving. I've shot Nikonis film cameras...they're awesome. My first light was an junderwater flashBULB unit. Yep...number 25 flashbulbs.
First digital underwater was a GoPro. It's a good unit. But, I wanted more. After research, I settled on the SeaLife Micro 3.0. And, I am a happy camper. Images and the video are sharp.
Before trying to download to your computer, pay close attention to the instructions. The adapter and the camera body must be perfectly clean. Do not force anything. If anything is wet, you will get a bad connection. Dry the camera body first, then dry with an absorbent cloth...not a paper towel...the camera connector. After that, if you have a source of CLEAN air, gently blow the area dry. I use an old first stage regulator, a low pressure hose, and a air blower. Air from SCUBA tanks is DRY, and contains no chemical propellent. If the adapter or PC cable become worn, order a new one. I will be ordering one shortly, as a spare. By the way, get the light. If you're serious about UW video or stills, bite the bullet.
Be safe and enjoy.
