Amazing phone and features, capable, powerful, easy and fun to use...but not for full msrp of $999. Get/find it between $600-800...and you've got a great value. I'm more than happy with this slimmer non-Ultra version.

Has limitations
The phone doesn't sync with save save passwords that I already have had from other phones Samsung has its own safe password vault bird Volt to where I had to reset all my passwords because things couldn't be transferred from my last phone.... There's limitations within texting which is vague which is very important to me just having a new baby and trying to share things with family doing covid where we can't see each other.. With this phone I have to Have data or Wi-Fi on just to use Google speech which I did not have to use with my LG O my Motorola.. The touch screen doesn't always pick up well with the screen protector on it.. And not to mention the battery dies whether it's in standby not being used.. The speakers sound distorted when playing music one playing music and it does not connect well with Bluetooths.. Sameg Bluetooth I use for my last phone people could not hear me on with this phoneRead full review

Very similar to the Note S10+
I didn't realize that I purchased an Note S20 rather than the Note S20 Ultra as I had intended, but decided to keep it anyway. It has less memory than my Note S10+ that I am replacing due to a cracked screen, but other than that I haven't really noticed any significantly noticeable differences between the 2 phones yet.

Sleek and Durable
Ive been a fan of the Samsung Note series for a few years. The size of the phone and the features such as the screen, full size photography and video, battery life. The list goes on. Plus, I have dropped my Note phones several times - on the face - and not one crack. These phones are durable.

Charging issue
The phone is loved. It is a great phone except for the charging of the phone. I plug it in to charge at 3% 1hr to 1-1/2 hours later it is at 27%, with the power cord that it came with. bought a fast charging cord, same issue. cleaned the charging port on the phone, same issue. I would give a better score if I didn't have charging issue. Really enjoy it once it is charged. Dont know what will fix the problem. I do believe that it is just this phone not all Note 20
