Looks cool easy install
Arrived on time. Easy to install. The chrome finish looks great! These shocks will aggressively lower your motorcycle 1.5 to 2.0 inches. If you have stretched saddlebags you Will Not be able to lean as much as before while conering; your bags WILL scrape the asphalt. I recommend that you install metal skid protectors on bottom of your stretched bags to be safe. These lowering shocks will make your bike look very cool & maintain a comfortable ride. 250 lbs + and handles well
I bought these to replace the lowering brackets on my 2002 Road King Classic. I had the original 13 air shocks on the lowering kit. The ride geometry was off because of this. When I replaced them with these Burly 10.5 slammer plus I was relieved by the ride geometry being corrected. A major plus is how well these maintain a stiff ride even with my 250+ pound person.
