JUNK - WILL BREAK WITHIN A FEW MONTHS
I should have listend to the reviews I read from other people talking about their BlueParrott product breaking. I've had mine for just under 18 months and now it's a hunk of junk. The charching port became loose and it caused a disconnection from the computer while updating. Well, that pretty much killed the entire headset. It won't turn on or anything. No way to factory reset and since it has been 18 months, there is no warranty fix. Not even a way for me to repair it on my own with a software download or reset it to factory settings so I can do an update. Huge design flaw. I'm sure it may have been on it's way to becoming a hunk of plastic junk anyway since the charging jack was getting loose and having issues. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT. I should have listened. Don't have regrets like I have! You would expect a $200 product to last longer than 18 months. I have $30 headsets that have lasted 10 times longer. Stay away from this brand!Read full review

Not really for music, but an AWESOME headset.
These are touted as a music / phone headset. As for music, the highs are simply non-existent, and the sound muddy. BUT, for a headset, I don't think you can beat them. First, the sound quality on the wearer's end is very well tailored to hearing human voice. The earpads fit securely around the ears, sealing them from even the noisiest of environments. These things are also *extremely* loud when turned up. Driving a big-rig diesel at interstate speeds, I rarely have them above 50% on my phone. That said, you can also easily set the pads back on your ears to open them up so you can hear your surroundings. Truly the best of both worlds. Next, the noise cancellation is unbelievable. I can be in extremely noisy environments, and the person I'm talking to hears nothing. I often ask "Did you hear (insert really loud, obnoxious event)", and the party I'm speaking to always says "No". I'm simply amazed at the noise cancellation of this headset. Lastly, battery life. I talk on the phone a good bit when I'm on the road. In my initial tests, it took over a week to run them down from a full charge. The time was so long, I could not keep track of the number of hours it actually took to run them down. I would say the 24hr talk time rating is conservative. Complaints: Well, really only one. And, I'm sure it's nit-picking... The earpad assemblies fold flat to allow the headset to be placed in the case. But, they fold the wrong way. I almost broke them several times the first few days I had them , until I trained myself to fold them "up" instead of "down". I don't understand why this is so counter-intuitive when everything else about this headset is spot on. And it really would make sense for them to fold the other way, as your wrists naturally want to turn what I call "down". I highly recommend this headset.Read full review

Awesome noise canceling
These are amazing. I would have given 5 stars but after theer or 4 hours they start making ears sore. If renoved for 30 min you can put them back on and be ok again. I called my wife while on my hustler lawn mower. Unbelievable she said i was clear as a bell. I had to turn them up sl i could hear. Awesome product but they need larger ear pieces.

Excellent for home office
I work from a home office and really like the ability to listen to music while I work. The S450-XT can play music (streaming via bluetooth) from my PC and then seamlessly switch to the smartphone to take calls as needed. The music is automatically interrupted when receiving a call, and then turns right back on again, when the call ends. The noise reduction is great. My only complaint is that the ear cups do not fit me very well and I get a little soreness from pressure after a few hours of wearing them. The bluetooth range is the same as the B250-XT+ that I had previously used. Sound quality from the speakers is pretty good. The volume range is excellent, with the ability to become too loud in a typical environment, or heard very well, in a noisy environment.

It was time to replace my old headset with a new pair, so I decided to get a dual headset. Sound is good for the price. I've had them for about 4 days and no one has complained about the sound quality. As far as music, the sound quality is slightly better than good. No deep base and no highs. Could sound better if you played with your EQ a bit.

If you're not sure if this type of headset is for you- here's a cheap option for an experiment. I really like the double ear mics to hear better while driving. So gar I've had trouble with it and for the price- I wouldn't feel bad throwing it away - just not sure what Id buy next because of the 40 hr talk timw per charge.

Overall it is very good product
Good Quality of headset, Good Quality of Bluetooth and USB sound, Good noise cancellation and mic. The only Cons is when you run out of your battery you'll not be able to use mic, but I bought audio cable with build in mic, so I'm safe even in that case. I would prefer to use build in mic instead. Overall it is very good product and I would buy it again and recommend to anyone. PS when you'll be connecting your head set to windows (I have Win 10) via Bluetooth, install VXi Updater first, otherwise your mic might not work.
